Keith Bond is our resident pro tipster here at FRT Towers. He's been studying the cards, form, stats, trends and more for the Silver Wokingham Stakes at Royal Ascot, and here's his thoughts ahead of the race:
This looks as wide open as the parent Wokingham later on the card any of the 24 runners could well win it. with only 3lb separating the field on official ratings. I do however think a highish draw will be needed. Possibles include NAHAAR, BLUE MIST and BURMESE WALTZ.
Keith's final choice
12:40 BURMESE WALTZ 20/1 each way – Ex-Irish, won in a decent fashion for new connections 10 days ago after a long layoff. Is sure to have come on for that run and can go well here at big odds.
How it fared
BURMESE WALTZ 2ND 22/1 – Great run from a good draw, the winner stole a couple of lengths but was slowly being reeled in.
