Betfair Chase Tips

Early declarations are in and only 10 are entered. Last year's winner LOSTINTRANSLATION plus 2017 and 2018 winner BRISTOL DE MAI are the only horses who have won the race before and have every chance again. A new name also needs to be considered, last year's Cheltenham Gold Cup second SANTINI trained by Nicky Henderson who is the highest rated of the entries.

Keith' tip on raceday

LOSTINTRANSLATION 15:00 Haydock 6/4 – Yet another race that deserves a better turnout, only 5 are due to line up. Last year's winner LOSTINTRANSLATION plus 2017 and 2018 winner BRISTOL DE MAI are the only horses who have won the race before and have every chance again, but preference is for the later. 2019 King George winner CLAN DES OBEAUX is also likely to get involved.

How did we do?

The writing was on the wall when the heavens opened at Haydock before the first televised race, the going changed and set things up for the mudlover BRISTOL BE MAI, LOST IN TRANSLATION finished a long way back in third and CLAN DES OBEAUX was runner up 2 lengthsd behind the easy winner.

Keith will have a tip for all races shown on ITV which he will send to all VIP members on the morning of the races.  If you are not yet a VIP member, please join VIP for free.
