On the home page of our site, we ask for an email address, so that we can send out our daily email with the Little Beauty selection included. We may also send information on our products and services, and occasionally that of our carefully selected partners. All members of Free Racing Tips remain on this list until they opt out of future mailings.
Sign up is via a double opt-in registration form, the data is held with Aweber, who also deal with unsubscribes and amendments via their automatically generated footer links in each email we send.
Premium Tip Members (PT)

Free – we provide links for our visitors to leave our site and join up to a bookmaker in return for a small renumeration which we use to provide our services. We do not control the information given to the bookmaker, and any information given by our member is controlled by the site that they join.
Paid – our visitors can opt to pay for the premium tips rather than join a bookmaker, which covers the cost of providing our services.
Either way, in order to join the PT service, visitors have to fully join our membership platform (Memberpress (MP)). Personal details required on joining our membership platform are provided so that we can service their membership. Personal information is recorded via our secure site, and the information is stored on our secure server. The information is also transferred to our CRM (CapsuleCRM), which enables our customer service team to be able to administer their account and service their requests.
PT members will also be tagged as PT members at Aweber, which help us provide a personalised service to our members.
SMS Service

Members can opt for our SMS service, if they would like the PT and Little Beauty sending out via a daily SMS message. In addition to the membership personal information, we also ask for their mobile number to service their membership. We use TextMarketer 3rd party platform to send the text messages, data we provide to their service include name and mobile number. SMS members are also tagged as SMS members at Aweber to provide a personalised service to our members.
