How do I cancel a paid service?
If you need to cancel any memberships, we like to make it easy. You can cancel, upgrade or amend your paid membership subscription in the My Account area, or you can contact me below, and I will take care of everything for you.
If your cancellation is for a short period of time only (e.g you’re going abroad for work, an extended holiday, etc) and you intend to restart your membership on your return, then we can pause your payments instead of cancelling your membership.
This means no further payments will be taken until you let us know, but makes it very easy to restart your membership and you don’t need to go through the whole joining process again. Again, just let me know below, and I’ll make this happen for you.
You can of course continue to receive all of our free tips after you cancel a paid service.
Important note: The “unsubscribe” link in our emails will NOT cancel any payments or subscriptions – this merely stops you receiving emails.
I’ve stopped getting your emails?
There are several reasons why our emails might not be getting through to you:
- Sometimes, our emails end up in people’s spam/junk/promotions folders (I know – the cheek of it!). If you’re missing emails from us, this is the first place to check. If you do find our emails there, simply click “This is not spam”, or “Move to Inbox”.
- Adding our email address “email@example.com” to your contacts or safe senders list also helps. Please see HERE for step-by-step instructions how to do that.
- If you are a VIP or Lucky 15 member, it is possible your emails could have stopped if a payment has been missed. This could be due to an expired credit/debit card on your account meaning payment has failed. Please check your paymentsand if you think a payment has been missed, let me know and I can get you set back up in no time.
- Could you have clicked the unsubscribe button by accident? If you have, don’t worry, just let me know and I can re-subscribe you quickly!
Note: Don’t forget, if an email or two go AWOL, you can always view today’s tips on the website. If you’re missing emails on a regular basis though, drop me a line below, and I’ll get you sorted!
How do I change my login or payment details?
In the My Account area, you can change your login details, update payment methods or change subscription details (cancel, re-activate, upgrade, change payment method).
If you are unsure, you know what to do – just get in touch and I will be happy to help.
Why isn’t EVERYTHING free?
The vast majority of our services (Little Beauty, Festival Previews, Pick6 Acca, The Horse’s Mouth magazine, and our famous Saturday Lucky 15) are all completely, 100% free.
For those who want more, we do offer some more in-depth services.
The VIP club unlocks the “next level” of tips – including tips for every single race on ITV Racing, the Premium Tip (our tipsters' best bet of the day), and free bonus tips.
Do you offer a free trial on the paid services?
The vast majority of our services are 100% free.
We don’t offer free trials on our paid VIP or Lucky 15 services. Here’s why…
We operate an open and honest approach and publish all of our results daily. Would you rather judge a service based on a 7-day trial, or thousands of tips, dating back several years?
Betting on horses is a marathon, and not a sprint. This means that a week or even a month’s trial wouldn’t really offer any benefit to you – in a short period of time like this, we could have a stinker, or a stonker!
If you are betting on horses, then you need to take a long-term view on the tipster you are following, and short-term trials just don’t offer that.
I fully understand that you want to feel confident in a tipster before parting with your hard-earned cash. Hopefully, opening up the books, showing you our actual profit/loss for the last few years, combined with the ability to follow so much of our free content will help you feel reassured that you’re working with a pro.

Can I get Premium tips if I’ve already got accounts with all the bookies?
Yes you can!
But first, just double check our list. We update it all the time, and often you might find a bookie on there that you don’t yet have an account with.
Don’t worry if you do have accounts with all these bookies, you can still join the in with the Premium Tips by paying a very low monthly fee.
It’s priced at just £4.95 a month, and takes literally a few minutes to set up.
