Sorry there hasn't been a Notebook Post for a couple of weeks it has been all hands to the pump sorting out our Cheltenham Mini Website and the Cheltenham Magazine.
There have been just 7 Notebook runners in 2020 so far and 5 of them have won at odds of 4/1, 9/2, 9/2, 4/1 and 100/30 I hope you backed them.
Here are the Notebook horses which have caught my eye recently.
HIGHWAY ONE O TWO Back on the list after an impressive Grade 2 Novice Hurdle win, did it from the front and he gave the impression that there was plenty more in the tank.
GODFATHER Ran away from the field when stepped up to 7 furlongs at Southwell, can follow up under a penalty if kept at this trip or moved up to a mile.
LADY OF THE NIGHT Would have made a winning hurdle debut at Huntingdon but for a mistake two from home. Will have learned from the experience and is likely to score next time.
FOREVER DES LONG Kept on for ½ length second giving away 9lb to the winner will win a race like this before too long.
As always, VIP club members will be notified when any of the 17 horses currently in Keith’s notebook are due to run, and you will also get my updated thoughts on their chances – including whether they’re worthy of a bet or not!
