When is The Caspian Caviar Gold Cup 2020?

The Caspian Caviar Gold Cup at the International Meeting at Cheltenham is registered as the December Gold Cup Handicap.  First run in 1963 it has been known as the Caspian Caviar Gold Cup since 2014.

For 2020, the race is on 12th December getting underway at 1.55pm

A Grade 3 Handicap Steeple Chase, the December Gold Cup is restricted to horses aged 4 years and older.  The race is run over a distance of 2 miles and a 4 furlongs on the new course at Cheltenham.

The winner last year took home £18224.
