Winter Novices Hurdle Tips
When is The Winter Novices Hurdle 2021?
The Ballymore Winter Novices Chase takes place on Friday 3rd December 2021 with the race starting at 2.25pm during The Tingle Creek Christmas Festival at Sandown Racecourse.
This is a Grade 2 race run over 2 miles and 4 furlongs. It is open to horses aged fours years and over.
Last year's winner took home prize money of £13668.
The race has been blighted by the weather, causing it to be abandoned twice, in 2000 and again in 2010.
Leading trainer for this race is Alan King who has trained five of the winners, the latest being Alsa Mix in 2018. Leading Jockeys include Tony McCoy, Richard Johnson and Wayne Hutchinson who have each notched up 3 wins.

Only 5 are going to line up in this and it is hard to eliminTe any of them, the current favourite is STAR GATE who just misses on the “Days since last run” stat, SENDING LOVE is next in the betting market but is he too old at 7, Alan King, who knows how to win this race, saddles Valleres, the line up is completed by ANY NEWS and PRESS YOUR LUCK.
