Keith’s Notebook Horses 4th September 2019

Hi all I hope you are enjoying the peace and quiet now the kids are back at school.

Some good results from the Notebook Horses since last week on Wednesday CUBA RUBA won at Musselburgh backed in from 9/2 > 6/4 and both PICKETTS CHARGE and SWEET PROMISE were placed.

In other news it is a year since we revamped our sevices on September 1st 2018 and in the 12 months up to 31st August FRT VIP CLUB members enjoyed 120 premium tip winners from 310 selections a nice healthy 39% strike rate. View results.

Here are the Notebook horses which have caught my eye recently.

Horses will be removed from the list once they run.

So long as you are subscribed to one of our lists you will be informed when the “Keith’s Notebook Horses” next run and my opinion of their chances.

Thursday 29th August

LAMPANG – Won going away at Carlisle (6f) despite missing the start and running green, once the penny dropped he quickened well making up a lot of ground to take it up in the final furlong.

PANIC ROOM – Second to LAMPANG at Carlisle (6f). It is rare to have two eyecatchers in the same race but this one was being pushed along in midfield before rallying and going off after the winner making up plenty of ground in the process

Saturday 31st August

MIGRATION – Second at Sandown (1m 2f). Held up in last, ridden and swift progress on outer over 2f out to lead over 1f out, driven final furlong and just caught. Hit the front too soon will be held up a fraction longer next time.

JUMIRA BRIDGE – Fifth over 5 furlongs at Sandown. Held up in last then met a lot of trouble in running. Ran on well at the finish but by then the leaders had flown but given a clear run he would have been bang there at the line.
