They protect the bank at all costs.

Pros don’t gamble – they do maths
Where do you find Professionals in a casino?
In the back office, counting the days takings.
Casino games such as Blackjack and Roulette have fixed odds and fixed probability. They’re set in stone.
Odd or Even, Black or Red? It doesn’t matter. The odds pay Evens (or 2.0 in decimal odds), but the probability is 48.6%.
For every pound you play, 2.8 pence disappears into the casino’s coffers.
Some days you’ll win, and some days you’ll lose. But the casino never loses.
Why?
Because they’ve stacked the odds in their favour.
Paying a 50% return, 48.6% of the time sounds like fine margins.
