Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle (Grade 3) (4yo)
Distance: 2 Miles ½ furlongs
Race six on day two is registered as the Fred Winter Handicap Hurdle and sponsored by Boodles. This is a race for juvenile novice hurdlers, run over two miles and 110 yards where they jump eight obstacles. This is a race where you might be able to pick out a high-priced winner with six of the last eight winners having returned at 25/1 plus. That said it still tends to go to the top stables, with Paul Nicholls having won the race three times and Gordon Elliot twice in recent years.

Cheltenham Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle – 2019
FRT Tipster Keith advised:
At this early stage it is nigh on impossible to predict runners let alone winners of this race but one which looks a likely type is CHIEF JUSTICE trained by Gordon Elliott, but Paul Nichols QUEL DESTIN who won a Grade 1 at Chepstow over Christmas pretty much sets the standard.
My selection QUEL DESTIN 12/1 each way.
Result: non runner
